Fraud Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the main liaison between Fraud Operations and Product, as well as the Detection &amp
• Own launch readiness for new product rollouts and initiatives impacting Fraud Operations
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for new products and initiatives
• Draft and circulate memos related to Fraud Ops implementations and updates, ensuring timely review
• Manage and resolve issues related to Fraud Operations as they are reported, driving root-cause
• Partner closely with the Fraud Operations leadership team to plan for and de-risk upcoming

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent program/project management skills
• 5+ years of experience in Fraud Operations, Trust & Safety, or a related risk/operations
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies and operational workflows across products (e.g., equities
• Experience managing multiple projects at once, involving stakeholders across business units
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, project management ability, and strong
