General Manager

📋 Description

• Own the subsidiary’s profit and loss performance, including revenue, margins, operating expenses
• Direct daily operations to ensure reliable, safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of products
• Translate strategic objectives into departmental plans, measurable performance indicators, clear
• Achieve approved revenue and customer objectives, maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Manage staffing, materials, equipment, facilities, and other resources to improve productivity
• Lead, coach, and develop management teams and employees; establish performance expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible management experience, including significant
• Demonstrated experience with full or substantial P&L responsibility and accountability for
• Proven ability to manage daily operations, lead managers and professional-level employees, and
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost management, productivity, resource allocation, and
• Ability to make sound decisions within delegated authority, maintain effective internal controls
