Global Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end payroll processing across multi-frequency domestic and international payroll
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance
• Support payroll accounting functions including month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries
• Operate the payroll help desk as the primary resource for employee inquiries and coordinate daily
• Leverage HRIS and modern technologies (including AI tools) to maintain confidential records, adapt

🎯 Requirements

• Experience executing multi-frequency domestic and international payroll cycles.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with
• Manage payroll accounting: month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, management reporting
• Use HRIS and AI-enabled tools to maintain confidential records and improve workflow efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude, including ability to learn AI-enabled tools and new
• 2+ years processing international payroll, with working knowledge of PEO/EOR systems.
