• Lead the BEAT product strategy and vision for agent-native backend development.
• Shape AI and LLM-powered capabilities across the software lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading product orgs for internal developer platforms or infrastructure.
• Proven track record coaching Product Managers across levels.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLMs shaping software development for developer platforms.
• Balance long-term vision with hands-on execution in ambiguous problems.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders and advisory groups.
• Experience defining success metrics for internal platforms (productivity, reliability).
