Group Product Manager, Clinical

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for clinical data.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–4 product managers.
• Drive discovery with clinicians and health-system buyers to surface unmet needs.
• Translate clinical workflows into actionable requirements.
• Partner with data science to productionize new clinical datasets/models.
• Define success metrics and report on engagement and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical credential or 5+ years in health IT/real-world evidence (MD/PharmD/NP/PA/RN/MPH).
• People management: 1+ years managing product managers.
• B2B product experience: 5+ years in product management.
• Clinical data familiarity: ICD, CPT, SNOMED, RxNorm in product context.
• Fluency across clinical, engineering, data science, and commercial teams.
• Data and analysis: SQL or Python experience a strong plus.
