• Proven experience in User Acquisition and Paid Media, with a track record of managing meaningful
• Strong quantitative reasoning and fluency in acquisition metrics including CAC/pCAC, ROAS, CPM, and
• Ability to independently investigate performance using spreadsheets, SQL, BI tools, or similar
• Practical, hands-on use of AI in day-to-day work, combined with genuine interest in building AI
• Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to take responsibility for a channel, establish
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations, support
