📋 Description

• Partner with Regional Marketing Lead to develop growth strategies for Pakistan aligned with OKRs.
• Lead localized product campaigns and growth experiments across web and app to boost user growth.
• Own full-funnel growth across channels; manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok.
• KOL and influencer marketing: identify, onboard, and manage local KOLs and creators.
• Offline marketing: plan activations, campus tours, events to build local presence.
• O2O growth loops from digital leads to offline conversion with local partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of growth, marketing, or user acquisition experience, preferably in leading internet/tech or fintech.
• Deep understanding of the Pakistan market—digital landscape, user behavior, regulatory environment.
• Omnichannel growth expertise across paid ads, KOL/influencer, offline activations, and O2O.
• Strong knowledge of fintech; crypto/blockchain industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of driving user growth and scaling performance marketing budgets.
• Highly data-driven with analytics; dashboards, funnel analysis, attribution, experiments.
• OKR-driven; translate high-level objectives into actionable plans.
