Growth Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for new and existing products.
• Drive marketing initiatives across the full funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation
• Build and execute targeted go-to-market programs, sales enablement initiatives, and integrated
• Activate and optimise key growth channels including events, email marketing and automation
• Analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimise activity to maximise
• Own initiatives end-to-end, taking ideas from strategy through to execution and measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in B2B GTM, marketing operations or growth marketing
• Experience in adtech, media, publishing, or B2B SaaS
• Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue, while also being comfortable building
• Experience working with enterprise and or mid-market customers
• Strong execution skills with the ability to both plan and deliver
• Comfortable operating in a lean, fast moving environment
