GTM Business Systems Analyst – Post Sales

📋 Description

• Work alongside Finance Operations to administer key go-to-market business systems, including
• Build and deploy automation (flows), validations, and applications in Salesforce
• Enhance existing systems and implement new features servicing our Customer Success, Account
• Analyze key business requirements and systems capabilities to write specifications for systems
• Write and maintain clear documentation on systems build and integrations with other business systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations or business systems in a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience
• Mastery with Salesforce and GTM automation tools (LeanData, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Workato
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and processes
• Enjoy getting in the weeds to build elegant, efficient and scalable solutions
• Structured thinker with a natural capacity to distill complex concepts and effectively communicate
