📋 Description

• Partner with Box Consulting (BC) and GTM Enablement leaders to define role-based curricula and
• Own onboarding for all BC new hires, continuously improving the experience to help new consultants
• Build strong relationships with BC stakeholders and design enablement programs that align to the

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a go-to-market organization or an enablement role.
• A strong interest in technology and products, with an understanding of what it takes to enable
• Self-directed and highly motivated, with a track record of taking initiative and delivering results.
• Skilled at setting priorities, managing projects and timelines, and keeping work on track.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments.
