GTM Strategy/Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Own recurring ops for Channels & Alliances to ensure timely, scalable execution.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports/dashboards for pipeline and partner metrics.
• Collaborate with C&A, RevOps, Systems, and Sales to improve workflows and data integrity.
• Coordinate with external vendors to support processes and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain process docs, playbooks, and SOPs for consistency.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and use AI tools.
• Provide trusted operational support across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years in Business Ops, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, GTM Ops, or similar (SaaS/high-growth preferred).
• Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards; strong CRM data skills.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Bonus: experience with Channels & Alliances; third-party vendors; workflow automation/AI familiarity.
