• Support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet
• Support the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that the team promotes and sells
• Follow up that the team actively promotes the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store
