Head of Analytics (12 Month Fix-Term)

📋 Description

• Set the analytics strategy and roadmap for Mable, in line with company priorities.
• Work with the executive team and senior leaders to answer the business’s hardest questions with
• Represent Data on the Mable executive team, providing insights and advice and disseminating context
• Bring stakeholders insights before they ask, so analytics shapes decisions rather than reporting on
• Lead analytics teams that support every part of Mable.
• Work with product leaders so analytics is part of how every squad plans and builds.

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years using data to inform decisions, including three or more leading analytics
• Evidence that your analysis changed executive decisions and delivered measurable revenue or cost
• Confidence with executives, and the ability to settle competing priorities without escalating them.
• Curiosity, and the judgement to turn loosely defined problems into clear questions and answers.
• The ability to explain complex analysis simply to people without a technical background.
• Curious and able to confidently express advice and opinions outside of strictly data analysis to
