📋 Description

• Lead the Turing Enterprise AI Platform technical team
• Build the team into a platform organization of eight to ten
• Set the seams with the Chief AI Architect
• Publish the hardening backlog with clear exit criteria
• Ensure four Q4 engineers are hired or in offer stage
• Release the control plane as a no-fee trial to first tenants

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering
• At least 5 years leading platform or infrastructure teams that shipped multi-tenant enterprise
• Proven experience in platform architecture for multi-tenant enterprise software and self-hosted
• Hands-on expertise with LLM systems, including orchestration, evaluation, serving, and fine-tuning
• Must have personally written production code in the last two years
• Demonstrated success in taking a platform from an internal tool to an externally licensed product
