Head of Product Management - Artist Products

📋 Description

• Set the strategy and direction for Spotify’s artist and label products, connecting artist tools
• Own business and product outcomes across the portfolio, translating long-term strategy into clear
• Lead, coach, and develop PM managers and senior PMs, creating an environment where people can do
• Advance how the product organization uses AI to improve the way we build, learn, make decisions
• Make thoughtful prioritization and resource decisions across product areas, navigating trade-offs
• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Product Insights, Content, and Business leaders to build

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product managers and product
• Led complex product portfolios and turned broad opportunities into clear strategies, priorities
• Experience building products for multi-sided platforms and understand how to create value for
• Understand the commercial side of product development and comfortable working across revenue
• Experience creating new products and scaling established products to serve large audiences.
• Ability to move comfortably between long-term strategy and detailed product decisions
