📋 Description

• Define and own the end-to-end product vision for PAYO-USD issuance, redemption, and payment flows
• Act as the ultimate unblocker for the engineering team. Drive ruthless prioritization, define clear
• Partner with Compliance to embed KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring controls
• Design the controlled pilot, including transaction volume caps, staged merchant onboarding, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in payments, banking, or digital
• Direct experience shipping products inside a regulated financial institution, ideally under OCC
• Demonstrated success taking a complex product from concept to launch, navigating technical
• Working knowledge of mint/burn flows, reserve backing, redemption rights, and on-chain/off-chain
• Demonstrated ability to build compliance requirements into the core product architecture rather
• Strong written and verbal skills; comfortable producing documentation reviewed by regulators and
