🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing Product Security or Application Security engineers at a growing technology
• Strong engineering background with deep expertise in modern application security and cloud-native
• Track record of delivering security improvements through engineering, automation, and close
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing security engineers, with a focus on technical growth
• Ability to translate broader security goals into focused priorities and measurable outcomes
