📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for nursing visits, ensuring appropriate coverage and
• Review and process payroll information for nursing visits, ensuring accurate documentation, timely
• Support hiring and onboarding activities, ensuring new field employees complete all required
• Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant employee personnel records.
• Serve as a resource for field employees, responding to questions and helping resolve
• Monitor employee compliance requirements and maintain required federal and state labor postings.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent service
• Comfortable working with scheduling systems, payroll processes, and administrative documentation
