📋 Description

• Counsel & Resolve Complex Issues: Partner with corporate-team employees and managers on
• Manage Leave & Accommodations: Administer ADA accommodations, FMLA, and other leaves across our
• Own Careers & Compensation: Maintain our career ladder framework and run compensation
• Train & Equip Managers: Design and deliver manager training on performance, feedback, leave and
• Shape Culture & Programs: Design and improve people programs, benefits support, and processes
• Lead with Data: Use people metrics to spot trends, drive retention, and inform decisions on talent

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in employee relations or as an HRBP/People Partner
• Deep understanding of HR programs, including performance management and talent development
• Understanding of employment laws and performance management best practices
• Proven ability to partner across teams and drive organizational success
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
