📋 Description

• Lead a team of HR Business Partners and international People Ops support in providing best-in-class
• Partner with key business stakeholders and other HRBP Leaders, to provide localized support to
• Identify & analyze gaps across the talent lifecycle, and through strong root-cause analysis
• Build credibility as a Subject Matter Expert and influential HR leader within the organization you

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of HR Business Partner or similar relevant experience including 3+ years
• Experience supporting a broad international HR function across multiple international regions
• Experience developing global solutions in high-growth, fast-paced organizations operating at scale
• Project Management and execution skills
• Strong Problem-solving, critical thinking, and root-cause analysis skills
