HR & Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Act as the first point of contact for People Service Delivery topics, processing requests raised by
• Perform data entry in HR systems in accordance with defined HR processes. Execute country-specific
• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for multiple European countries, ensuring timely
• Coordinate with external payroll partners and internal HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure
• Review salary adjustments, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and statutory payments included in the
• Review payroll calculations and reports, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate payroll

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of international HR and payroll across multiple European markets.
• Proven experience managing payroll in at least 4–5 European countries, including coordination with
• Experience managing HR and payroll operations in additional European countries is considered a
• Strong working knowledge of employment, payroll, and statutory requirements across the Baltic and
• Experience working with external payroll partners and vendors.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, SD
