Support the configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules
Partner with key stakeholders to gather requirements and run testing cycles
Run data validation and audits across HRIS and downstream systems
Support system releases and enhancements
Train and enable team members on new processes
Build and maintain SOPs and job aids

🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
Direct experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and track record of managing employee data
Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation
Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
