📋 Description

• Overseeing the U.S. and global immigration function for 1000+ employees and candidates, including
• Partnering with Global Mobility leaders to help develop and implement global immigration policies
• Providing training and communication materials to increase awareness of these policies, guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and other cross-border requirements.
• Keeping a pulse on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our program.
• Supporting internal stakeholders, including People Partners, Managers, and Talent Recruiters, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate U.S. immigration experience and working familiarity with global immigration
• Expert knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and compliance.
• Strong case management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including global partners and senior
