Implementation Manager, Insurance

📋 Description

• Lead customer-facing delivery: kickoffs, working sessions, training, and status calls
• Manage project plans, timelines, risk logs, and executive status reporting
• Incorporate implementation learnings into our playbook to refine processes
• Configure platform and support data migration, integration testing, and UAT
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and Engineering
• Contribute to enablement, process improvement, and the implementation playbook

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of direct, hands-on implementation experience at a SaaS company
• Experience delivering enterprise implementations, managing several at once
• Track record of building and refining systems, templates, or processes
• Experience with configuration, data migration, integrations, and UAT
• Strong cross-functional skills with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering
• Clear, confident communication with customer stakeholders, from end users to executives
