Implementation PM / Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the requirements process from intake to sign-off.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for two enterprise clients; run weekly syncs.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, design, and data teams.
• Review front-end deliverables for alignment to client requirements.
• Escalate scope creep; negotiate tradeoffs to stay on schedule.
• Maintain project tracking and stakeholder updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in implementation PM, BA, or similar.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships.
• Ability to write PRDs/BRDs or user stories.
• Front-end delivery coordination; HTML/CSS literacy a plus.
• Autonomy; experience with Jira, Linear, or similar tools.
• Location: NYC-based or willing to relocate (hybrid).
