Inventory Allocation Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute inventory allocation activities across all product categories, ensuring pharmacies maintain
• Coordinate inventory transfers across Ro’s pharmacy and distribution network to support product
• Track supplier acknowledgements, production status, expected delivery dates, and shipments
• Monitor open orders, inventory availability, and execution indicators to identify potential supply
• Partner with suppliers, Inventory Control, Quality, Logistics, and Pharmacy Operations to
• Maintain accurate order-status data within NetSuite and other supply planning systems, and support

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, operations, or
• Experience managing purchase orders, inventory transfers, shipment tracking, replenishment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to
• Experience working in an ERP, inventory management, or supply planning system; experience with
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with clear communication skills and
