📋 Description

• Partner with Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business
• Support the implementation of a regulatory technology (RegTech) solution, including configuration
• Conduct gap analyses and map current-state and future-state processes to improve regulatory and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within financial services.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement.
• Hands-on experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Experience coordinating UAT activities and managing testing deliverables.
• Familiarity with data integration, data migration, user access management, and software delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
