IT Systems Engineer: Cloud Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Provide high-level support for customers leveraging bare metal GPU fleets on CoreWeave Cloud.
• Diagnose and triage hardware, firmware, and infrastructure issues across data center environments.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting and interventions with Data Center Technicians.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to improve reliability, automation, and system
• Maintain internal documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data centers, GPU clusters, server deployments, system administration, or hardware
• Demonstrated experience driving resolutions and continuous improvements across cross-functional
• Intermediate knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar), including command-line proficiency.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, SuperMicro systems, Dell systems, high-performance computing (HPC)
• Experience in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools.
• Hands-on experience with firmware updates, BIOS configurations, and driver management.
