Junior Full Stack Engineer - Hybrid

📋 Description

• Build and ship features with guidance from experienced teammates.
• Work with AI tools daily, with the team's workflow skills for planning, implementation and review.
• Fix bugs and improve product stability across web and mobile.
• Investigate and resolve production issues.
• Shape technical approaches and build features through to release, reliability, and production
• Own product outcomes end-to-end, including release and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn
• Some experience building software (startup, bootcamp, university, side project)
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools and agentic engineering practices.
• Product mindset — wants to understand customer problems, not just implement tickets
• TypeScript, React, Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, or AWS experience (nice to have)
• Mobile development experience (nice to have)
