🎯 Requirements

7+ years in HR Business Partner/People Partner roles in SaaS/tech
Experience partnering with Directors/VPs on organizational design and talent strategy
Proven success designing and improving company-wide People programs
Strong experience leading employee relations matters and investigations
Analytical—uses HR metrics to influence decisions
Experience with HRIS, engagement platforms, and people analytics
