Define and execute the technical vision for the Salesforce platform
Oversee and enhance platform security, including access control and Connected Apps

Manage the D360 pipeline

🎯 Requirements

Technical leadership experience delivering and operating Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale
Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and release-engineering, with hands-on GitHub, SFDX, and test
Proficiency in distributed systems architecture and security
Experience with AI and agent platforms (e.g., Agentforce) and AI operations concepts
Ability to make code and design decisions across multiple teams and facilitate architecture
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a high-trust, high-performing culture
