• Technical Recruiting Domain Expertise: Deep familiarity with technical roles, leveling, interview
• Data & ATS Fluency: Expertise using ATS tools such as Greenhouse or Lever and sourcing
• High Remote Autonomy: A proven track record of managing competing priorities, maintaining clear
