Learning Technology Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for complex LMS and learning technology issues, investigating
• Maintain the vendor issue log and coordinate incidents across multiple internal and external
• Participate in platform upgrades, release testing, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the adoption of automation and AI capabilities within the learning technology
• Support the administration and optimization of the LMS, including configurations, permissions
• Coordinate reviews of the learning technology stack and support integrations between the LMS and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering or supporting learning technology, HR technology, business
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, computer science, or a related field
• Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, data flows, authentication, and provisioning concepts
• Knowledgeable about digital-learning and authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, and common
• A structured problem-solver who can investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and
• Process-oriented, produce clear and maintainable documentation, and coordinate work across multiple
