Legal Counsel, Procurement

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary legal partner to global Procurement and advise cross-functional stakeholders
• Draft and negotiate buy-side agreements, including SaaS, software, marketing, facilities
• Provide practical legal guidance on complex, high-value, and high-risk procurement transactions
• Develop and maintain scalable procurement and legal review processes
• Develop and maintain legal knowledge-management resources, including procurement playbooks
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, contract lifecycle management tools, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial contract experience, with a proven track record negotiating procurement
• Experience at law firm and/or high-growth tech company
• JD with an active bar membership in your jurisdiction
• Understanding of data privacy requirements
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and
