Legal Counsel with German (1-Year Fixed-Term) - M/W/X

📋 Description

• Lead and manage all legal aspects of Veepee’s operations in Germany and, secondarily, B2C
• Identify and assess legal risks associated with business transactions, keeping senior management
• Provide legal advice on all areas of law (except tax and labor) that affect the business, including
• Evaluate business activities continuously to identify potential legal risks and develop strategies
• Oversee the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the e-commerce and technology sectors, advising

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law from a recognized German University or equivalent degree (Staatsexamen) with
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable law firm and/or a dynamic corporate legal
• Proven track record in negotiating and finalizing contracts to support sales teams.
• Strong grasp of business operations and associated risks; problem-solver balancing regulatory
• Autonomous, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, service-oriented, with strong problem-solving
• Excellent team worker and collaborative approach.
