Legal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve legal processes end-to-end, partnering with legal and non-legal
• Liaise with technical and cross-functional teams to implement solutions, integrate systems, and
• Create and manage SOPs and collaborate with legal and non-legal colleagues on cross-functional
• Analyze and use data, including AI-generated insights and dashboards, to drive initiatives, support
• Manage technology used by the legal team (current tools include Brightflag, Salesforce, ChatGPT

🎯 Requirements

• An experienced legal operations or program manager with at least 6 years of contract, program, or
• Familiar with program management tools and techniques, including breaking down tasks, roadmapping
• Genuinely passionate about technology, with hands-on experience evaluating or deploying AI and
• Able to move forward in times of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge, and comfortable acting as a
