📋 Description

• Execute legal operational workflows and procedures as a first point of contact, looking for ways to
• Support execution of legal requests, including coordinating approvals, signatures, documentation
• Manage and triage incoming requests and correspondence for the Legal team, ensuring items are
• Scale the operations, systems, and ongoing innovation of the Legal team in partnership with
• Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable team members, leaders, and business

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of operational experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic legal team environment
• Experience with technical tooling and data analysis project management software
• Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key
• Demonstrated experience identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve processes and tools to
• Experience building cross-functional relationships with key resources and business partners across
• Extraordinary judgment and composure in high-pressure situations
