📋 Description

• Manage the campaign lifecycle from concept through implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Develop compelling, high-converting email and SMS creatives. Ensure messaging aligns with brand
• Lead the execution of A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve email and SMS performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, sales, etc.) to ensure marketing campaigns are
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with
• Oversee escalation processes for campaign issues, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing email and SMS campaign management, with a focus on
• Proficiency with email and SMS marketing platforms (Braze preferred), A/B testing tools, and
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies for improving
• Experience with building AI-assisted approaches for repeatable work (segmentation, QA, drafts
• Proven track record in driving acquisition, retention, and reactivation through targeted messaging
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, product, data
