📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 home care nursing support to a 6 1/2 year old pediatric patient
• Support patient during school year and summer
• Perform skilled nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
• Use electronic charting (Cubhub) to document patient care
• Communicate with clinical support team and participate in mentorship
• Provide comfort and stability to clients in the community

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
