📋 Description

• Play an important role in the month-end financial statement close process by reviewing account
• Lead initiatives focused on driving efficiency, scalability, control automation, and reporting
• Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure all financial transactions are
• Partner closely with our offshore accounting team to guide daily deliverables, review work
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual, Excel-heavy workflows through automation, AI tooling, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a mix of private and public accounting experience
• Education and/or comparable professional experience in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA license in good standing
• Proven track record managing and developing the careers of direct reports
• Proven track record or strong interest in process optimization, workflow automation, and leveraging
• Experience with a Big 4 firm and/or SEC-registered company
