Conduct clearance review of content across production phases including intellectual property, fair
Serve as point of contact for talent agencies and casting teams for negotiations and agreement
Advise on guild/union restrictions (e.g., SAG-AFTRA)

🎯 Requirements

4+ years experience in entertainment law as Business & Legal Affairs professional
Media industry experience (TV, film, digital media) or marketing agencies
Familiarity with IAB/DAN standard terms
Strong organizational and record management skills
Flexible team player, comfortable with fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor considered
