Manager, Card Business Development & Operations

📋 Description

• Define and execute card strategy; support launches of virtual/physical cards and wallet products.
• Lead end-to-end card program launches with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Manage relationships with issuers, processors, BIN sponsors, card manufacturers, and wallet partners.
• Coordinate Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other wallet integrations.
• Manage physical card operations: vendor onboarding, production, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Negotiate commercial terms with partners and vendors; develop scalable SOPs and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in cards/payments/fintech.
• Proven experience launching or operating card programs (virtual and/or physical).
• Experience leading 0-to-1 card program launches with cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with card ecosystem and industry standards.
• Experience with digital wallet, issuers, BIN sponsors, card processors, or fintech partners.
• Experience supporting Apple Pay or Google Pay integrations.
