📋 Description

• Lead the approach to proposal development or response to briefs at Collectively, including
• Support program delivery by setting Production teams up for success, supporting strategic vision
• Partner with Analytics team to develop hypotheses for content performance, shape the story of
• Conduct regular 1:1s or 2:1s with clients, spot and surface client frustrations, help uncover

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years direct experience in influencer marketing, PR firm or ad agency working on
• Both left and right brain thinker, equally comfortable with data and creative thinking
• Independent, critical thinker; comfortable putting ideas backed by rationale and V1s out there
• Exceptional client servicing skills and instincts; loves to develop strong relationships with
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Great communication skills—both internally and externally, written and verbal
