Manager, Equity Compensation

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans (grants, exercises, releases)
• Partner on evolution of eXponential Stock Plan (XSP)
• Implement best practices with controls; automate equity processing
• Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting and People Ops on reporting of stock compensation domestically and internationally
• Liaise with officers, employees and brokers for 10b5-1 trading plans
• Prepare Forms 3 and 4 for Section 16 transactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years in Stock Administration (public company)
• Excel proficient; interest in automation and AI
• Knowledge of equity awards: options, RSUs, PSUs
• Understanding of equity compensation accounting standards
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; detail oriented
• Excellent written and spoken communication; stakeholder savvy
