Manager, Equity Compensation

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end equity plan administration across grants, exercises, releases, and reconciliations.
• Partner on evolving the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP), a high-risk, high-reward program.
• Implement controls and automate workflows for accurate, timely equity data processing.
• Coordinate reporting of stock compensation with Payroll, Accounting and People Ops (domestic and international).
• Act as liaison between officers, employees and brokers for 10b5-1 trading plans.
• Prepare Forms 3 and 4 for reporting SEC officer and director transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years stock administration experience in a public company.
• Strong Excel skills; interest in automation and AI initiatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of equity awards (options, RSUs, PSUs).
• Understanding of accounting standards for equity compensation.
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and confidentiality/ethics.
