Manager, Equity Compensation

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans (grants, exercises, releases).
• Monitor share utilization with cross-functional teams.
• Partner on evolution of the eXponential Stock Plan.
• Implement controls and automate workflows for equity data.
• Coordinate stock compensation reporting for domestic and international employees.
• Liaise on 10b5-1 trading plans and prepare Form 3/4 filings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in Stock Administration with public company experience.
• Excel proficiency and interest in automation and AI initiatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of equity awards and programs.
• Understanding of accounting standards related to equity compensation.
• Excellent written and oral communication across all levels.
• Acute attention to detail and strong organization/time management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
