📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payments forecast across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Lead on payment partner deals, pricing, and partnerships.
• Build ML-driven payment optimization initiatives and business cases.
• Evaluate checkout flow impact on conversion and cost per acquisition.
• Model regional/local payment method economics and labor implications.
• Govern performance with KPIs and scenario analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, or related finance roles.
• Driver-based models for fees, FX, volumes, and staffing.
• Deal-oriented with experience structuring pricing and incentives.
• Clear communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
• Operational thinker who builds processes in a fast-paced org.
• Systems fluency with NetSuite/Adaptive and Workday; SQL and ML experience.
