Manager FP&A, Distribution Partnerships

📋 Description

• Lead business cases for Distribution Partnerships; build investment models with forecasts.
• Develop financial frameworks evaluating partnerships, incl. LTV, payback, ROI, and KPIs.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into recommendations for leaders.
• Build and improve reporting for the partnership portfolio: KPIs, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting; set data-driven targets with leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A, Strategy & Analytics, Investment Banking, or similar.
• Experience building sophisticated financial models and scenario analysis.
• Translate commercial agreements into financial outcomes; partner with Legal.
• Comfort with large datasets; SQL preferred; AI tools interest.
• Strong attention to detail with sound judgment in fast-moving environments.
• Communicate complex financial concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
