📋 Description

• Lead a polyglot team of 8-9 engineers across languages.
• Define end-to-end serverless APM experience from instrumentation to troubleshooting.
• Ensure OpenTelemetry and Datadog-native customers have a frictionless journey.
• Expand coverage of cloud-managed services across providers.
• Build APIs, observability-first design, and reliable systems.
• Partner with Product to shape strategy for AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Experienced Engineering Manager with a track record of shipping products.
• Highly collaborative.
• Proficient in two or more languages; cross-runtime systems.
• Passion for libraries and OSS software development.
• Care about developer experience and clean APIs.
• Ability to translate product narratives into technical detail.
