📋 Description

• Launch new products and businesses into new markets.
• Drive adoption and business outcomes alongside technical delivery, using customer feedback and
• Continuously challenge the team to think about new vectors for market penetration. Our goal is to
• Own the roadmap of the Database Monitoring product, with particular emphasis on AI features and
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering managers and staff engineers across multiple geographies.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience partnering directly with customers to refine product experiences, find
• Take ownership beyond product delivery, leading the go-to-market strategy and driving adoption and
• Proven track record scaling exceptional product engineering teams: hiring, coaching, performance
• Experience deploying applications on Postgres.
